Well many people have asked me this before but unfortunately after 2–3 days they give up and follow their usual routine.
So here are some tips you could follow-
  • Start your day with atleast two glasses of water.
  • Add chillies , black pepper and cinnamon to your diet.
  • You should prefer liquid diet more.
  • Reduce your carbs intake (ex- rice , potatoes, white bread)
  • Stop eating fast foods.
  • And the most important thing Exercise daily
  • Reduce your stress.
  • Good sleep will help a lot
